BBQ and Bourbon are two American institutions steeped in burnt wood. They’re also my two vices of choice. And when you get a James Beard Award-winning chef to combine them, they get even better. This was a one-day shoot, mid-pandemic, with a three-man crew, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
